hereby grant an exclusive power of attorney to:

FLYRECOVER OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (osaühing), registered with the Estonian Business Registry under no. [●], with its registered office at [●], Tallinn, Estonia (the "Attorney" or "FlyRecover"),

to act in my name and on my behalf in connection with the flight compensation matter set out below.

2. Scope of authority

2.1. The Principal authorizes FlyRecover, and any person or firm appointed by FlyRecover, to: - (a) represent the Principal before the airline, its agents, IATA, GDS providers, civil aviation authorities, tourism mediators and the National Enforcement Bodies under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004; - (b) claim, negotiate and obtain compensation, refund, reimbursement of meals, hotel, transport, communications and any consequential damage; - (c) enter into any settlement agreement on behalf of the Principal, provided the settlement amount is at least EUR [●] (any lower amount requires the Principal's express consent); - (d) request, receive and sign any document, letter, email, form or evidence required to handle the matter; - (e) instruct any partner lawyer or legal firm in the competent jurisdiction at no upfront cost to the Principal; - (f) commence any necessary proceedings (formal notice, mediation, first-instance litigation, enforcement); - (g) send and receive any official correspondence, including service of judicial decisions; - (h) collect, in accordance with the Funds Collection Authorization (Annex 2), any sum due to the Principal.

2.2. This power of attorney does not constitute an assignment of the Principal's claim against the airline. The Principal remains the creditor; FlyRecover acts in the Principal's name.

3. Substitution

3.1. The Principal expressly authorizes FlyRecover to substitute lawyers, bailiffs, local correspondents or partner firms in any jurisdiction where action is required, without further formalities.

3.2. This power of attorney constitutes a special power for the benefit of FlyRecover and its substitutes under the applicable governing law.

4. Duration

4.1. This power of attorney takes effect upon signature and remains valid until: - definitive closure of the matter; or - written revocation by the Principal, subject to fees and costs incurred.

4.2. Revocation takes effect upon receipt by FlyRecover and does not relieve the Principal of the obligation to pay FlyRecover the fees on sums already recovered or about to be recovered as of revocation.

5. Principal's representations

5.1. The Principal represents and warrants: - (a) being personally a passenger on the flight, or duly authorized by each co-passenger; - (b) being the holder of the claim and not having assigned it to any third party; - (c) not having granted any conflicting exclusive mandate to a third party (other claim company, lawyer, consumer association); - (d) not having received the disputed compensation, in whole or in part; - (e) immediately forwarding to FlyRecover any correspondence received from the airline after signature of this power of attorney.

6. Personal data

6.1. Processing of the Principal's personal data is governed by FlyRecover's GDPR-compliant Privacy Policy at https://flyrecover.com/privacy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

7.1. This power of attorney is governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to the Principal. 7.2. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Tallinn). EU consumer Principals retain the right to sue in their EU country of residence.

8. Form

8.1. This power of attorney is executed electronically and has the same legal value as a handwritten signature, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS).
